# TECHNICAL VIEW #
Global equity indices ended the week on a bullish note, benefiting from surge in risk appetite following better than expected US jobs report on Friday. In the US, the upside breakout of key resistance thresholds (1130 on S&P500 and 1860 on Nasdaq 100) advocates for further advance. Therefore, we prefer to continue to enter long a position on the SA stocks. As for Mondi, the stock hold well above the ascending 20D & 50D MAs. Last week, the price has been able to cross over its yearly high @ 4750. Furthermore, both the RSI and MACD are strongly on the upside without posting any bearsih divergence on daily baisis as well as on the weekly basis. Last but not least, the higher volume during the recent rallies confirmed the bullish sentiment and should eventually push the stock price up to 5325 and to 5620. We expect an up move with targets @ 5350 & 5620. A LONG position can be considered between 4969 & 4800.
Our stop loss is set @ 4750 (blue horizontal line).
