Siegfried Lokotsch, CA (SA)

Siegfried was born in Pretoria and matriculated from Woodridge College in 1993.

On completion of his B Com Rationum (Honours) at the University of Port Elizabeth, he served articles with Deloitte & Touche and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003.

Siegfried is currently Financial Director to a number of companies and his portfolio includes Investment Strategy, Business and Tax Structuring.

He is married to Susan and enjoys rugby, golf and fishing in his leisure time.

Styli Charalambous, CA(SA)

Styli was born in Port Elizabeth in 1978 and matriculated from Pearson High School in 1995.

Having completed his B Com (honours) at the University of Port Elizabeth, Styli migrated north to complete his articles in the Financial Services Audit division of Deloitte, Johannesburg.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2002, Styli spent 4 years working in various Investment Banks in London.

His exposure ranged from covering FX and Emerging Markets instruments to designing and programming financial systems. Since returning to South Africa in 2006, Styli has been involved in setting up several start-up companies and joined Hercules Capital as a director in 2010.

Juane Schutte, MBA

Juane was born in Johannesburg in 1983 and matriculated from Knysna High School in 2000.

After he obtained his bachelors degree in Accounting from Mount Olive College in North Carolina, USA, he completed the Management Training Programme at Target Corporation where he was involved in the daily activities of retail management.

He then obtained his Masters in Business Administration degree at NMMU in 2009, before finishing his thesis on the role of administrators in managing hedge fund operational risks.

He joined Hercules Capital in 2009 and is involved in the trading of managed accounts.

Juane is a keen tennis player and a fan of SA rugby, cricket and soccer.

Peter Pitsiladi, B Com Rat(Hons) CA(SA)

He obtained his B Com Rationum (Honours) degree at the University of Port Elizabeth and completed his articles at Fisher Hoffman, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2004.

Peter is a Financial Director to multiple companies and is responsible for Investment Strategy and International business and tax structuring.

Peter is married to Candice with 2 children and his sporting interests are golf, soccer (Arsenal) and rugby.
