Opt in Steps

To take advantage from the Smart Trader trade recommendations you have to be a member of The Wire (Global Trader's online trading community)

If you are NOT a member of The Wire

Step 1
Click on the link below which will direct you to The Wire opt in page (Global Trader live account login is required)

Step 2
Complete The Wire opt in form which will create a profile for you on the online trading community and give you access to the Smart Trader profile.

Step 3
Click on the Smart Trader tab on The Wire menu bar to view the Smart Trader profile.

*Once you've completed the 3 steps above, you will automatically receive the Smart Trader trade recommendations via e-mail and you'll be able to access the recommendation research on the Smart Trader profile.

Are you trading smart?

Have you sometimes feared you are taking on unnecessary risks in your trades? Are your positions based more on guesswork than solid analysis? Those days are over thanks to the arrival of Smart Trader Alerts and the Smart Trader Bulletin.

You are reading the first Smart Trader Bulletin, which will become a monthly feature in your inbox and via the GT247 trading platforms. These Bulletins will do a number of things. First, they will provide deep insights into GT247's product suite so that you develop your understanding of how the instruments can be used to implement your trading ideas. Second, they will review past trading ideas we've put out to the GT247 community to see how they've performed. Third, it will tell you all about what's happening with GT247, including new initiatives and business developments.

Just as important are the Smart Trader Alerts – separate alerts sent out to the GT247 community with trading ideas. The first will arrive in the next few days and will be regular occurrences, roughly every week. They will give a detailed overview of a trade that can be implemented right away to exploit some opportunity we perceive in the market. To receive the Smart Trader Alerts and Smart Trader Bulletin, ensure you are signed up on The Wire.
 

In this first edition we focus on the basics of CFD trading. In writing this, we've been reminded of just how versatile CFDs are. Have a look – we bet it will stimulate some trading ideas.

The Bulletin and the Alerts are the fruits of a relationship between GT247 and Intellidex Investment Research. Intellidex is a unique firm that brings together investment research and investment media. It has clients including asset managers, hedge funds and stockbrokers. It also has a media arm that produces the popular Business Day Investors Monthly, among other publications. A team of analysts and financial journalists will work together to produce the Bulletin and Trade Alerts. The GT247 community will be getting exclusive ideas from Intellidex for its community.
