Hand deliver the application form to one of our offices

Hand deliver or courier your required FICA documents to one of our Global Trader offices within 14 days of the account being opened as failure to do so will result in the account being blocked.

If you're an existing Global Trader customer, we already have your FICA documents, and so there is no need to send them to us again.

Deposit funds into our account (only in GBP or USD)

• On FX accounts, we require a  minimum deposit of USD 200
• On FX, CFD and Spread Betting accounts, we require a minimum deposit of USD 2500

You’ll need to familairise yourself with the process of transferring funds overseas before proceeding. We partner with Exchange for Free, who will be able to assist you in this regard.

When depositing your funds, please ensure that you include your User Name and ID (which you will receive with all your details via automated Email on the successful registration of your account). 

Our banking details are as follows:

Funds will be allocated to clients trading accounts once they have cleared in our international account. This will take a minimum of 4 to 6 working days.

Risk Management Policy

It is essential that you read and understand our terms and conditions in respect of Margin Calls. 

Please note that if the following should occur we are entitled (without giving notice to you) to close all open positions on your account and cancel all orders:

• If your Total Equity expressed as a percentage of your Margin Requirement is 25% or less; (i.e. Total Equity divided by Margin Requirement multiplied by 100)

It takes approximately 4 to 6 days for funds you have transferred to be allocated to your account, so it is advisable to keep adequate funds in your account in case of this eventuality.

 For a refund, you’ll need to send us a request with the following details:

• User Name
• User ID
• Full amount of refund

It takes approximately 10-15 working days for refunds to reflect in your bank account.
