The funds that you will use for trading on your Global Trader platforms have to be deposited in your dedicated Global Trader Funding Account
Please note that we do not accept credit card payments

Step 2: Wait for your funds to be cleared

If your payment is made from an account which is held with the same bank as one of the designated Global Trader bank accounts listed above, then your funds will be cleared immediately. E.g. If you bank account is held with ABSA, then make your payment into our ABSA account and the funds will clear on the same day.

If your payment is made from an account which is held with a different bank other than one of the designated Global Trader bank accounts listed above, the funds will only be allocated once they have cleared in the Global Trader Bank account (this may take up to two business days) E.g. If your bank account is held with Standard Bank and you pay into our ABSA account, your funds will be allocated only once they have cleared in the Global Trader ABSA account.

Funds are cleared the same day if proof of deposit is emailed to mobo@gt247.com or faxed directly from the bank to 0866050824

All CHEQUE deposits have a clearing period of 7 working daysFor us to receive proof of payment immediately and directly from your bank, you need to set up notifications to Global Trader as the beneficiary. The funds will only be allocated as soon as they reflect on our bank statement.
Step 3: Trade

Once your funds have been allocated, you are free to continue trading

Send a request:

To send your refund request, first visit your logged in account page and select withdrawals

Request a withdrawal
Make sure that you supply us with your user ID, and full amount of refund
Actioning of refunds:
Refunds are processed Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 15h00.
All refunds received after 15h00 will be processed the following day.
Refunds received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
