- Run the File once Downloaded
- Install Java
- Use the link below to go to the Downloads page

- Click on the Download Link for your specific Platform
- The Platform will then open Java and install the platform automatically
Will The Platform work without Java?- Unfortunately, the platform is Java based and will therefore only run when Java is installed

No Shortcut on Desktop- Go to the Start Menu on your computer
- Control Panel
- Java > Control Panel
- View
- Right Click on Platform
- Install Shortcuts
Can I Save information on my Charts?- This option will only be available to LIVE Clients and not Simulated Accounts
How to reset password- Click on the Login tab on www.gt247.com
- Click on the "click here" option to Reset password
- Enter username e.g. UserCFD not User ID (99999)
- Click on Request Password Reset link
- A Link will then be sent to your registered email address
- Click on 'here' to reset password
- Enter new password and confirm
